Mission Statement

WitnesSing! is a group of Christian singers formed in January of 1996. The choir is an inter-denominational, evangelistic group of Christians who share the following beliefs:

The Bible is the true and inspired word of God.
Jesus Christ is God's son who lived with us, died for our sins, rose on the third day, and will come again.
It is through Christ that we may live eternally with the Father.

We feel it is our mission as Christians to follow what Christ tells us in Matthew 28:19, "to go ye, therefore, and teach all nations." Our services are worship services designed to challenge the listener to examine one's personal relationship with Christ, and to provide an opportunity for re-dedication, or acceptance of Christ as their personal Savior.

August 16, 2009, 10:30 a.m. — Ferndale United Methodist Church, 117 Ferndale Rd, Ferndale

August 23, 2009, 10:00 a.m. — Jenkins Memorial Church, 133 Riviera Dr, Pasadena

August 30, 2009, 3:00 p.m. — Catonsville United Methodist Church, 6 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville

September 12, 2009, 6:30 p.m. — Anne Arundel County Detention Facility, 600 East Ordinance Rd, Glen Burnie

September 17, 2009, 7:00 p.m. — Backup date if needed for Anne Arundel County Detention Facility, 600 East Ordinance Rd, Glen Burnie

Rehearsal Information

WitnesSing! rehearsals are held at Jenkins Memorial Church, 133 Riviera Drive, Riviera Beach, Maryland.

Rehearsals for the Summer 2009 season will begin on Monday, May 18, 2009.

WitnesSing! tries to maintain a schedule that does not interfere with your participation in your home church.

We rehearse for a 6 or 7 week period of time only.
We do not rehearse when we begin giving worship services.
We do not sing on Sunday mornings from September to May.
Rehearsals are held on Monday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Bible Study

Bible Study is held on those Mondays when there are no rehearsals. The location for Bible Study is 135 South Jennings Rd., Severna Park, Maryland. Bible Study will begin at 7:00 p.m. We would like to encourage WitnesSing! members, their family members, and friends to attend.
